Tại một số quán cà phê trong tỉnh Bình Định có một loại thức uống mới nghe qua thì thấy bình thường, thậm chí tầm thường, nhưng lại được rất nhiều người yêu thích. Và khi được phục vụ ra, nhiều người thưởng thức lần đầu sẽ thấy khá bất ngờ và lạ lẫm với nó.

Đó chính là trà túi lọc, cụ thể là trà Lipton.

Về cơ bản, một ly trà đầy đủ sẽ bao gồm một gói trà Lipton túi lọc, nước sôi, trong đó lại có vài loại thuốc Bắc như cam thảo, táo đỏ, táo tàu, kỷ tử, nho khô…

Thêm vào đó là một đĩa nhỏ đựng một miếng cam tươi, một ít đường phèn và một viên xí muội (như trong ảnh).

Người thưởng thức trà chỉ việc cho đường phèn tùy khẩu vị, viên xí muội và vắt nước cam vào ly…
